Job summary

Fourth is seeking an FP&A Director to own P&L modelling and planning cycles, leading a small FP&A team in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment. You will modernize processes with automation and AI, delivering precise, board-ready insight and reporting.

You’ll partner with the SVP, Finance & Accounting to ensure accurate forecasting, robust scenarios, and timely leadership materials. This role requires hands-on execution, strong communication, and a bias for action.

Qualifications

• Proven P&L modelling across budgets, forecasts and long-range plans.
• Experience building and leading a small FP&A team with coaching responsibilities.
• Track record delivering AI-enabled automation to FP&A workflows.
• Advanced Excel modelling and scenario analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the P&L model day-to-day and support SVP review.
• Lead the annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range plan.
• Develop scenarios and sensitivity analyses for strategic decisions.
