Vertex Associates are partnering with a high-growth tech business to recruit an FP&A Manager / Finance Business Partner. The role is hybrid with 2/3 days in Shoreditch, offering a day rate of £500–£550 outside IR35.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, model building and monthly reporting, partnering with leaders to drive commercial insights. The successful candidate will have ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent, strong FP&A experience, advanced modelling, and excellent stakeholder management.

Formación

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent experience.
• Strong FP&A/commercial finance experience.
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills.
• Experience leading budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Translate complex data into commercial insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, autonomous and hands-on.

Responsabilidades

• Own budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.
• Develop financial models covering P&L, cash flow and drivers.
• Lead monthly forecasting cycles with budget holders.
• Analyse performance vs budget/forecast for variances.
• Produce scenario modelling for decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow and funding requirements.
• Deliver monthly management reporting with KPIs.
• Support month-end and board/investor packs.
• Translate data into actionable business insights.
• Partner with leaders across the organisation.
• Drive FP&A process improvements.
