Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Finance team in London. You will drive forecasting, budgeting, KPI reporting and financial modeling to support AVC SP and CWSP marketing initiatives, shaping pay plans and improving performance.

Collaborate with marketing and finance stakeholders, build Tableau/Excel dashboards, and push data-driven process improvements while upholding data integrity and OH&S compliance.

Qualifications

• Accounting or Finance degree required; CPA/CA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Science, or Management Accounting/Finance.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel modeling skills; BI reporting experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial modeling and analytical support to AVC SP and CWSP marketing teams.
• Drive weekly and monthly marketing forecasts and assist with annual budgeting processes.
• Prepare and review journals, accruals, and month-end financial reports.
