Job summary

Aria Partners Limited is hiring an FP&A Analyst to help build the firm’s FP&A capability, develop dashboards, and enhance financial models. The role entails connecting planning tools with accounting data to give teams a clearer view of performance.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of post‑qualification experience in corporate finance within private markets or investment management, with strong Excel modelling skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 1–3 years post-qualification experience in industry.
• Experience in corporate finance in private markets or investment management would be advantageous.
• Proficient budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for budgets and forecasts with cross‑functional teams.
• Analyse operating costs and monthly performance against budget.
• Develop financial models to assess scenarios and planning needs.
• Help build dashboards and reporting tools for accessible financial data.
• Manage cash forecasting and liquidity, including foreign currency considerations.
• Collaborate with accounts payable on payment planning and reporting.
