Job summary

JC Talent Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed UK business to recruit an FP&A Analyst into its Group Finance team in London. This role sits in a hybrid environment, with a mix of office and remote work, and offers exposure to senior leadership, PE investors and strategic decision-making.

You'll build and maintain integrated financial models, support budgeting and forecasting, and develop scenario analyses to guide value creation and investment decisions, reporting

Qualifications

• ACA qualified with approximately 1–3 years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
• Good understanding of financial statements and commercial drivers.
• Analytical and curious mindset with numerical rigor.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated financial models, including the Group's five-year plan.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis.
• Prepare financial information and reporting for the Board, investors and lenders.

FP&A Analyst | Private Equity-Backed Business

Are you a recently qualified ACA looking to make your move into industry?

I'm partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed UK business to recruit an FP&A Analyst into its Group Finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone coming from a Big 4 background who wants to move beyond traditional accounting and develop their career in financial planning, modelling and strategic finance.

Working directly with the Head of Finance & Strategy, and closely with the CFO, you'll gain exposure to senior leadership, private equity investors and the commercial decisions shaping the future of the business.

What you'll be doing:

• Building and maintaining integrated financial models, including the Group's five-year plan
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis
• Preparing financial information and reporting for the Board, investors and lenders
• Developing scenario models and business cases to support strategic decisions
• Supporting debt modelling, covenant reporting and cash flow analysis
• Working on value creation initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and performance
• Gaining exposure to strategic projects and future investment activity
