Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis roles.
• Ideally from hospitality, retail, or consumer-facing business.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L reporting process for senior leadership meetings.
• Prepare and distribute the weekly board performance pack.
• Produce site-by-site period-end P&L analysis.
• Business partner with the Marketing team.
• Support commercial initiatives with Operations teams.
• Produce periodic sales and KPI reporting packs.
• Analyze new promotions and initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement across reporting.
• Provide ad hoc financial and commercial analysis.
