Job summary

Germains Seed Technology is seeking an FP&A Analyst to drive budgeting, forecasting, and period-end reporting. You will partner with senior finance leaders and regional teams across Europe and North America to shape financial planning and performance insights.

You'll lead finance improvement projects, deliver timely data, and support business decisions while developing your career within a collaborative hybrid environment in the UK.

Qualifications

• A-level education or equivalent experience.
• CIMA, ACCA or equivalent qualification, either completed or in progress.
• Experience with finance systems and BI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem solving with continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with reporting, forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis.
• Project management experience or exposure is advantageous.
• Collaborative approach and ability to build strong working relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and period-end reporting processes across the business.
• Preparing actual and forecast review presentations, providing analysis and challenge.
• Producing period-end reporting packs and ensuring timely submission of financial data.
• Leading finance and business information projects across regions.
• Managing monthly cash flow reporting and delivering meaningful business insights.
• Driving improvements and standardisation in management reporting.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Managing the European Finance AP & AR team.
