Job summary

Germains Seed Technology, a global leader in seed technology, is seeking an FP&A Analyst to shape financial planning, forecasting, and performance across Europe and North America. You will partner with senior finance leaders and regional teams to drive improvements and deliver insightful reporting.

Hybrid working model in the Kings Lynn/Peterborough area offers exposure to international finance projects and a chance to lead European AP/AR and cash flow reporting while developing your career.

Qualifications

• A-level education or equivalent experience.
• CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification, either completed or in progress.
• Experience with finance systems and business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• The ability to communicate financial information clearly to a range of stakeholders.
• Experience with reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Project management experience or exposure would be advantageous.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships across team

Responsibilities

• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and period-end reporting processes across the business.
• Preparing actual and forecast review presentations, providing analysis, insight, and challenge.
• Producing period-end reporting packs and ensuring timely submission of financial data.
• Leading finance and business information projects, ensuring consistency across regions.
• Managing monthly cash flow reporting and delivering meaningful business insights.
• Driving improvements and standardisation in management reporting across the organisation.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements that increase efficiency and deliver value.
• Managing the European Finance AP & AR team
