LSL Property Services plc is centralising finance activities in Newcastle, creating an FP&A Partner role within the Central Finance team. The successful candidate will lead performance analytics, scenario modelling and business partnering across the Group.

Based in Newcastle, the role offers visibility across the organisation, opportunities to influence planning, budgeting and investment decisions, and a supportive, collaborative finance environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A or finance business partnering within a corporate environment.
• Ability to produce insightful commentary and presentation materials.
• Strong modelling, scenario planning and budgeting capabilities.
• Proven track record in influencing business decisions with data.

Responsibilities

• Provide performance insight and analytics with KPIs.
• Model scenarios and assess profit outcomes over plan.
• Partner with business units using data to support decisions.
• Develop plans, budgets, forecasts and investment appraisals.
• Improve processes and automate reporting.
