Job summary

MM Flowers in the United Kingdom is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team. You will focus on forecasting, financial modelling and understanding what drives business performance.

You'll work across labour/cost forecasting, monthly reporting, variance analysis and scenario planning, with strong Excel skills and a curiosity to interpret what the numbers are saying and what happens next.

Qualifications

• CIMA/ACCA qualification or actively studying towards the qualification, or 3+ years FP&A/analytical finance experience.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in FP&A/financial analysis within FMCG, manufacturing or fast-paced environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, financial modelling and understanding what drives business performance.
• Labour and cost forecasting.
• Monthly financial reporting and variance analysis (Actual vs budget vs forecast).
• Financial modelling and scenario planning to support decision making.
• Forecast accuracy improvement and large dataset analysis.
