Job summary

MM Flowers in the United Kingdom is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team. You will focus on forecasting, financial modelling and understanding what drives business performance.

You'll work across labour/cost forecasting, monthly reporting, variance analysis and scenario planning, with strong Excel skills and a curiosity to interpret what the numbers are saying and what happens next.

Qualifications

• CIMA/ACCA qualification or actively studying towards the qualification, or 3+ years FP&A/analytical finance experience.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in FP&A/financial analysis within FMCG, manufacturing or fast-paced environments is advantageous.

We have an exciting opportunity for an FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team at MM Flowers.

This is a forward-looking finance role, with a strong focus on forecasting, financial modelling and understanding what is driving business performance.

You’ll be working across:

• Labour and cost forecasting
• Monthly financial reporting
• Actual vs budget vs forecast variance analysis
• Financial modelling and scenario planning
• Forecast accuracy and continuous improvement
• Large and complex financial and operational datasets

We’re looking for someone who is CIMA/ACCA qualified, actively studying towards either qualification, or brings 3+ years’ relevant FP&A/analytical finance experience.

You’ll need strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and, most importantly, a natural curiosity for understanding what the numbers are telling you and what happens next.

Experience within FMCG, manufacturing or another fast-paced operational environment would be a real advantage.
