Job summary

Investigo is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst in London to partner with the Board on commercial and strategic decisions. You will own budgets, forecasts and analytical reporting for a major business unit.

Hybrid role: four days per week in Central London. You will build from scratch financial models in Excel, leverage Macros, and use Power BI to analyse large datasets, delivering insights to support investments and projects.

Qualifications

• Advanced financial modelling experience; ability to build models from scratch.
• Proven track record in fast-paced environments.
• Experience handling large data sets.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own budgets and forecasts for the entire business unit and consolidate into group budget.
• Review monthly financial reporting packs and provide analysis and commentary on variances to Plan.
• Utilise Excel to build and maintain complex financial models; ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyse large data sets using Power BI to support commercial decisions on investments and projects.
• Collaborate with Executive team on commercial and strategic decisions.

Working closely with the Board of Directors and supporting them with all the commercial and strategic decisions, whilst being the go to person for an analytical reporting for a whole entity.

Location: Hybrid working (x4 days in Central London)

Job Description:

• Responsible for the budgets and forecasts for an entire business unit and consolidating into the main group budget
• Review of monthly financial reporting packs & support reporting team in providing analysis and commentary of variances to Plan
• Utilise your Excel expertise to build and maintain complex financial models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Analysis of large data sets, able to use tools such as PowerBi
• Supporting commercial decisions on investments, assets and projects
• Working closely with the Executive team on commercial and strategic decisions

Skills and Personal Attributes:

• Modelling experience and experience working with Macros and advanced Excel functionality.
• Proven experience within a fast paced environment
