Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative field.
• 7 years of FP&A, consulting, or related experience or an advanced degree.
• Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, modeling in a multinational setting.
• Experience with coding and querying databases (e.g., SQL).

Responsibilities

• Serve as advisor to Finance, GTM, and Sales leadership, delivering narrative insights to resolve complex questions.
• Act as SME in Search Ads, influencing regional business strategy and understanding performance marketing drivers.
• Distill trends and metrics into actionable insights to grow the business and mitigate risk; leverage AI to enhance analyses.
• Model, decompose, and forecast search engine and auction performance using statistical methods.
• Coordinate between global and regional teams to ensure local market landing and cross-regional collaboration.
