Job summary

Circana is seeking an FP&A professional to join the EMEA team, partnering with the FP&A Manager to deliver accurate monthly/quarterly forecasting and close reporting. You will work on planning and analysis of EMEA CTA and support key management presentations.

You'll drive efficiency by improving FP&A processes, using AI and data analytics to spot trends, and collaborating across Corporate functions. Flexibility and growth are emphasized in Circana's culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A supporting a manager.
• Strong team leadership experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and own monthly/quarterly forecasting, planning and close reporting.
• Prepare and own planning and analysis of EMEA CTA.
• Assist with financial reporting for Senior management and key stakeholders presentations.
• Support planning and analysis of Corporate functions spend.
• Support collation, review, and analysis of ad-hoc reporting.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency.
• Use AI and data analytics tools to accelerate reporting and highlight performance trends.
