Job summary

Canonical is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead global FP&A teams, drive monthly reviews, forecasting, planning, and cross-functional alignment. The role involves developing the long-term FP&A roadmap and mentoring the team.

Ideal candidates are analytical, experienced in multi-currency environments, and proficient with BI tools and financial modeling. Remote role with London office optional.

Qualifications

• Proven analytical thinker with leadership experience.
• Experience leading FP&A in a high-growth, multi-currency environment.
• Professional written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive dashboards and Board reporting.
• Analyse monthly results and KPIs for forecasting and planning.
• Provide commercial analysis and growth targets; evaluate strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with product managers for market insights and competitive intel.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
