Job summary

Canonical is hiring Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the global FP&A teams. This role can be remote in AMER or EMEA time zones, with the option to be based in our London office. You will oversee monthly business reviews, forecasting, and the annual planning process.

You will mentor the FP&A team, develop executive dashboards, and drive cross-functional analytics to inform strategic decisions and IPO preparations. Collaboration with Accounting and Investor Relations is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multi-currency, multi-geography tech business
• Strong track record in data-driven decision making
• Excellent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Develop executive reporting dashboards and Board materials
• Lead monthly results analysis and forecasting processes
• Support annual planning and long-range FP&A activities
• Partner with product, accounting and IR for financial reporting
• Mentor FP&A team and drive cross-functional change projects
• Support IPO preparation and investor materials
