Job summary

Pernod Ricard is seeking an experienced FP&A professional for a seven-month maternity cover in Global Travel Retail. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will manage monthly reports, forecasts, and performance analyses while partnering with Regional Hubs and GTR HQ Finance.

You’ll deliver clear insights to senior stakeholders and ensure a structured handover at start and end of the assignment. You will leverage Advanced Excel, Power BI and other tools to drive insightful financial commentary,

Qualifications

• Solid FP&A experience in a complex business environment.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for large datasets and executive outputs.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Tagetik, SmartView, EPM or comparable tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the timely and accurate delivery of GTR monthly management reporting and quarterly rolling forecasts.
• Lead P&L performance analysis and translate results into clear insights for decision-making.
• Identify risks and opportunities and challenge forecast assumptions.
• Prepare and present materials for business reviews and senior leadership discussions.
• Deliver ad hoc financial analyses and simulations to support decisions.
• Partner with Regional Hubs to lead monthly performance reviews and ensure forecast accuracy.
