FP&A Analyst - Manchester (Hybrid) - Permanent - Up to £65,000 + Bonus

IN2 Consult has an exciting opportunity for an FP&A Analyst to join a market leading client of ours based in Manchester on a permanent basis. This role is hybrid, we're looking for candidates within commuting distance to Greater Manchester.

Job Duties:

  • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and variance analysis to senior management.
  • Develop financial models and scenarios to guide business planning processes.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified in ACCA, CIMA, or ACA

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
  • Previous experience in a similar FP&A role within the accounting industry.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practises.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling tools and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
