Job summary

Goodman Masson is collaborating with a PE-backed technology business to recruit an FP&A Analyst. You will report to the Head of FP&A and work closely with senior leaders to influence commercial decisions and drive change.

Applicants should be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or have 2–3 years in FP&A, with strong Excel modelling and a highly commercial mindset. Excellent communication skills are essential to challenge and inform senior stakeholders.

FP&A Analyst | PE backed Technology | Salary £60,000 - £75,000 + bonus and benefits

I am currently partnering with a PE backed Technology business who are looking for a FP&A Analyst to come and join a growing team. For this role you will be reporting into the Head of FP&A and work closely with other senior leaders across the business.

My client is looking for someone who is ambitious, driven and looking to make a real difference where you can effect change across the business and make the role your own. You will need to be comfortable

Your responsibilities will include;

• Build, own and maintain complex financial models to support decision making.
• Become a key finance business partner to commercial teams translating data to clear and actionable insights.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support for business cases.
• Identify underlying key business trends and risks to identify opportunities.
• Support the Head of FP&A in implementing new financial software to build a best in class.
• Identify and improve processes and procedures.

To be considered you will need;

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified someone looking to make the first move into a commercial/ FP&A role. Or someone who has 2 - 3 years PQE experience or have worked in an FP&A role.
• Expectational excel and modelling building skills.
• Highly commercial mindset with the ability to look beyond the numbers.
• Strong communication skills while being confident to push back to senior leaders.
