Job Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst who is ready to engage deeply with the numbers that matter. In this role, you will be central to our business operations—analyzing data, developing forecasting models, and translating insights into actionable strategies to support decision-making.

You will be the key person in understanding performance drivers, identifying trends, and influencing planning and operational processes. If you enjoy problem-solving, asking insightful questions, and making data accessible, we’d love to hear from you.

What You Can Expect To Be Doing

1. Produce weekly reports with inputs from all business areas.
2. Build forecasting models to demonstrate current and projected performance.
3. Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
4. Assist the leadership team with analysis and planning.
5. Manage and enhance KPI reports and dashboards.
6. Analyze budgets, forecasts, and identify trends.
7. Drive improvements in P&L performance, challenging key metrics and opportunities.
8. Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends.
9. Compare performance against market benchmarks.
10. Gather data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions.
11. Conduct ad hoc research on specific market scenarios.

A Few Things About You

1. Currently studying (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or eager to start.
2. Experience in an FP&A or finance role with knowledge of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and PivotTables; Power Query experience is a plus.
