Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Experience supervising/leading production teams.
• Assembly or electro-mechanical manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and performance metrics.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics) or similar.
• Understanding of continuous improvement and process optimisation.
• Awareness of quality systems and ISO standards.
• Good mechanical understanding and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyse production data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Ambition to grow into higher leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production activities and ensure on-time, quality deliveries.
• Manage a small production team and plan workloads for five staff.
