Luton Bennett is seeking a Production Manager for a rapidly growing manufacturing business in Manchester. The role offers £55,000 plus a Benefits Package and the opportunity to lead 100+ on the shop floor, delivering production outputs safely, on time and to specification.

You will work with data and KPI dashboards to drive continuous improvement, optimise production flow and reduce waste as the team scales.

Production Manager (Mechanical Assembly of Electrical Products)

£55,000 + Benefits Package

Production Manager required for a rapidly growing business at an important part of its expansion. The successful candidate will oversee a team of 100+ in production and will deliver production outputs safely, on time and to specifications.

You will work with data and via KPI's to improve and implement new processes that can handle the scaling business. After investing in both machinery and growing the team the company needs to optimise production flow, minimise waste and build on the culture of continuous improvement.

A Production Manager with experience of managing a large team and driving change within a mechanical assembly environment is required. Working under the MD, the Production Manager will take full responsibility for all production issues on site. Production is currently split into teams with Supervisors within these.

The role will grow as the company continues to expand and further progression is available. This is a great opportunity to really make your mark in an exciting environment and to take the business to the next level.

The Production Manager Role:
