Caterpillar in Larne is seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to join the onsite team for a four‑day work week. The role offers competitive hourly pay with day and night shifts and overtime opportunities, along with full induction and ongoing training.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift, handling component movements, paperwork, and adherence to safety, quality and lean initiatives. Uniform, parking and pension benefits are provided. Randstad Group supports the recruitment process.

Qualificações

• Forklift license and relevant experience.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and perform basic arithmetic.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Overtime flexibility as required.

Responsabilidades

• Operate forklift and move components on site following safety rules.
• Load boxes, crates, skids and frames for waste disposal as instructed.
• Complete paperwork related to component movements and movements tracking.
• Inspect and operate machinery per company guidelines.
• Comply with safety, quality, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train other staff as needed and perform additional duties.
