Caterpillar Belfast is seeking a Forklift Truck Driver for a 4-Day Week to support our Belfast site operations. You will feed lines with equipment and engine parts to maintain production flow, rotate stock, and use PC systems to locate items precisely.

A team lead will support daily tasks, while you ensure accuracy and uphold safety standards. The role requires forklift experience, a strong safety mindset, and willingness to work a rotational day/night schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience driving a forklift truck.
• A strong commitment to safety and the ability to act in a safe manner at all times.
• A flexible attitude regarding a multi-shift system (rotational day/night shifts).
• Understand and comply with Health & Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Feed lines with equipment and engine parts to support production flow.
• Check orders, part numbers, and rotate stock around the site.
• Operate PC systems to locate parts and stock precisely.
• Collaborate with a team lead to complete daily tasks.
• Maintain high accuracy and update operation metrics as required.
• Adhere to high-quality standards and site safety procedures.
• Be flexible with shift patterns to meet business needs.
