Qualifications

• Proven foundry/metal casting experience is required.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and manufacturing quality standards.
• Experience leading quality improvement initiatives in a production environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause analysis.
• Ability to influence change and build relationships across all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance activities across two manufacturing plants.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Develop, maintain, and improve the QMS documentation and processes.
• Use data to identify trends, reduce defects, and implement improvements.
• Lead root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and non-conformance management.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership to improve process capability.
• Manage customer quality concerns, audits, and supplier quality performance.
• Oversee internal, supplier, and customer audits to ensure compliance.
