You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, oversee the QMS, and be the focal point for customer quality, containment and corrective actions, ensuring high integrity casting and manufacturing outputs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading quality teams in heavy engineering/manufacturing.
• Strong track record in audits and corrective actions.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement using data and quality tools.

• Lead the Quality Department across two manufacturing plants.
• Own the Quality Management System, certification processes and change control.
• Lead customer and supplier audits and manage audit planning.
