Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Bristol is seeking a Foundry Operative for a full-time role. Based in Bristol, you will learn and perform a range of foundry operations, building wax pattern assemblies and operating tooling to support casting processes.

You will be trained across process cells, handling machines, dewaxing, polishing and inspection while following quality procedures and lean practices. A reliable, detail-focused team player is essential.

Responsibilities

• Building a variety of wax pattern assemblies, using hand tools, gauges, fixtures, etc.
• Operating Muller-Phipps machines injecting a variety of parts.
• Dewaxing coated assemblies and wrapping prior to cast.
• Working in process cell, operating a variety of machines such as cut-off, grind, retech, knock-out.
• Polishing & inspecting to size using inspection tooling.
• Working to written and illustrated technique sheets.
• Working to quality procedures.
• Implementing improvement activities.
