Job summary

Neutreeno is seeking a lead UX designer to own the product design direction for a data-heavy emissions platform. You will define IA, craft UI and build a scalable design system, designed to be AI-native and machine-readable for rapid prototyping and production UI.

You will work closely with engineers and climate scientists, leading discovery, research, and customer engagements to ensure outcomes move the needle while shaping the design function as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional product or UX design experience with a portfolio.
• Proven experience designing complex B2B/enterprise or data-heavy products.
• Experience defining and running a design system, including engineering consumption.
• Strong craft across research, IA, interaction and visual design.
• Daily use of AI tools for prototyping, tooling, synthesis or UI generation.
• Experience running customer research and usability sessions with outcomes.
• Track record of shipping high-quality work with autonomy and limited process.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design from framing to shipped UI.
• Set visual and interaction direction, raise craft bar.
• Define, build and maintain the design system, AI-native by design.
• Collaborate with engineers; translate design into scoped work.
• Partner on discovery, roadmap and prioritisation with Head of Product.
• Run discovery on new capabilities and measure impact on roadmap.
