h2 Recruit is hiring a Founding Client Partner to own the UK go-to-market motion from London, collaborating with US leadership on strategy and playbooks. You’ll build and lead a UK sales team as the market proof points grow, selling an AI-powered platform to performance marketers and agencies.

You’ll start as the founding UK seller, managing the full sales cycle and shaping how the platform is positioned in the UK market. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role in a fast-scaling AI company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience in AdTech or Marketing SaaS.
• Selling to performance marketers and agencies.
• Experience building and leading a UK GTM strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, generating the majority of your pipeline.
• Identify and win mid-market performance marketers and agencies.
• Partner with US sales to adapt the UK GTM strategy and build a scalable playbook.
• Act as trusted advisor showing how AI agents optimise campaigns and ROAS.
• Grow into a player-coach leader by hiring and managing new reps.
