Saturn in London is building a high-calibre, talent-dense team. We are hiring a Founding Talent Partner to own end-to-end recruitment across all functions, from intake and sourcing through screening, interview management, offer and close.

You will shape the interview architecture, ATS, sourcing engine, and data-driven hiring practices. Join a small, fast-moving team with real autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-growing startups (Series A/B).
• Generalist track record across technical and commercial roles.
• Expert direct sourcing in competitive markets.
• Experience managing hiring-manager relationships and data-backed recommendations.
• Structured interview processes and clean ATS practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across all functions, from intake to close.
• Source and manage a high volume of candidates via outreach, referrals, and market mapping.
• Calibrate profiles with founders and function leaders; plan headcount.
• Build and optimize structured interview loops, scorecards, and interviewer training.
• Own ATS data quality and pipeline hygiene; maintain reporting and insights.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Pitch Saturn opportunity credibly to close strong candidates.
• Develop long-range talent strategies and referral programs.
• Build Saturn’s talent brand alongside founders and Marketing.
