Job summary

MLabs Ltd seeks a Founding Talent Lead to build the recruiting engine from scratch, partnering with the founding team across engineering, sales, claims, and operations to source top professionals.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, design scalable processes, and establish onboarding and early performance management in a fast-growing startup. Equity and quarterly bonuses are part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in fast-growing startups.
• Proven ability to build recruitment processes from scratch.
• Strong sourcing skills and deep network across engineering and leadership roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the full hiring lifecycle from profile creation to offers and closures.
• Proactive talent sourcing and pipeline generation through outbound and referrals.
• Build scalable recruitment systems and ATS workflows.
• Design and optimize employee referral programs.
• Collaborate on onboarding processes and early performance management.
