Oho Group in Central London is seeking a Founding Software Engineer to join a cyber security startup building cloud-native security solutions. You’ll own critical components, shape architecture and work across product, engineering and customers in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll work with exceptional engineers, have ownership from day one, and access meaningful equity plus visa sponsorship where required. This early-stage opportunity emphasizes real impact and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• Candidates possess strong software fundamentals and problem solving.
• They have production software experience and curiosity to understand system internals.
• They hold a technical degree in CS/Engineering/Math/Physics or equivalent.
• They show ownership and ability to ship across areas of engineering.
• Experience with side projects, open source, or hackathons is a plus.
• A genuine interest in cyber security drives their motivation.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship production software for a cyber security product.
