Oho Group in London is seeking a Founding Software Engineer to help build the future of cybersecurity from day one. You will join an early-stage startup on a mission to transform how organisations secure their data and infrastructure, with a founding team that has a track record of scaling security companies.

You’ll own core systems from scratch, tackle high-impact security challenges, and collaborate directly with the founders on product direction and technical strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in one or more: Python, C#, Go, or Java.
• Experience delivering end-to-end development across the full product lifecycle.
• Builder’s mindset—thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and a collaborative approach.
