Job summary

Tracebit, a London-based security startup, is seeking a founding engineer to join a small, highly driven team building an AI-assisted security platform. You’ll work directly with the founders and CTO to ship features daily for real customers and challenging use cases.

You’ll code mostly in C# on .NET Core, with Terraform and HTMX frontend work, and you’ll help shape architecture, CI/CD and cloud deployments in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

Qualifications

• Shipping software at scale, with attention to quality and tradeoffs between pace and reliability.
• Experience shipping software in cloud environments or at scale.
• Experience in early-stage startups or similar fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with founders and the engineering lead to shape the product and architecture.
• Work across the stack in C#/.NET Core and contribute to frontend (HTMX) and infrastructure (Terraform).
• Contribute to CI/CD, IaC, and scalable architecture decisions for a small, customer-focused team.
• Ship features daily for demanding customers in a fast-growing startup environment.
