Aglide Inc. is seeking a Founding Software Engineer in London to help connect every disconnected app to your SSO. You will own high-impact features across the stack, work directly with customers to understand requirements, and ship secure, scalable infrastructure.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role at a company building a new category. We value autonomy, collaboration with customers, and the ability to move quickly from problem to production.

Qualifications

• Must-have: 1+ years software experience, desire to work with customers, ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end features from idea to production across the stack.
• Collaborate with customers to understand goals and ship new features.
• Ship across dashboard, desktop app, backend services, and IaC configurations.
• Commitment to ship solutions quickly, including long hours when needed.
