Job summary

Aglide is seeking a Forward Deployed Software Engineer as part of the founding team. The role is based in London and San Francisco, with hybrid working options, and involves embedding with customers to implement and optimize authentication workflows.

You will onboard customers, triage issues, feed field feedback to the product team, and ship platform improvements that unlock value quickly. This is a hands‑on, high‑velocity technical role with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years software experience across production systems.
• Strong customer instincts and ability to understand user problems.
• Bias for action with proactive issue identification and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Customer onboarding and configuration: Working directly with customers to configure Aglide for their applications and workflows.
• Bug triage and diagnosis: Investigating issues on the live platform and debugging end‑to‑end behavior.
• Feedback loop to the team: Translating field friction into actionable signals for product and engineering.
• Platform improvements: Taking on projects to ship fixes or features, sometimes within hours of identifying need.
