CodeWall is building autonomous AI agents that think and operate like elite hackers. We are hiring founding engineers to shape the product and platform from London, three days a week in office.

You will own end-to-end features, evolve the distributed platform, and tackle an unusual threat model with an AI-first mindset. As a Founding Senior Engineer, you will help define engineering culture, establish standards, and build for scale with real customers and revenue.

Qualifications

• Exceptional software engineer with production systems experience.
• Ship customer-facing product and care about value and user impact.
• Owned systems after deployment and improved reliability under real load.
• Strong security instincts: authorization, secrets, isolation, threat modeling.
• Experience with containers, cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code.
• AI integration: worked with agents and verified outputs.

Responsibilities

• Build the product end-to-end: ship surfaces for findings, reporting, inventory, scheduling and integrations.
• Evolve the platform our agents run on for long-running workloads, focusing on reliability, latency and cost.
• Engineer for an unusual threat model: authorization, isolation, secrets and auditability.
• Make AI-native engineering real: improve agent workflows and harnesses, set guardrails.
• Own production code and help define architecture, infra, testing, observability and engineering standards.
