Qualifications

• Proven track record in hedge fund risk management (multi-strategy or macro).
• Strong grounding in market, liquidity, and leverage risk (FX, rates, equities).
• Excellent communication and collaboration with PMs, COO and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and challenge risk exposures against mandates, limits and drawdown parameters.
• Develop and evolve the risk framework across exposure limits, liquidity stress testing and leverage monitoring.
• Prepare risk reporting for investors, regulators and internal stakeholders as the firm scales.
