Job summary

National Association of Women in Construction in London seeks a senior Associate Director to drive portfolio construction and risk oversight for European Multi-Asset portfolios. You will partner with Portfolio Managers and the Multi-Asset CIO, providing independent challenge and actionable insights across analytics and investment processes.

Qualifications

7-10 years' experience in portfolio construction or investment risk within asset management or institutional investment.
Strong practical experience in Multi-Asset portfolio construction, risk budgeting and portfolio risk management.
Experience working with Portfolio Managers and senior investment professionals, providing independent challenge.

Responsibilities

Provide portfolio construction and investment risk coverage for European-based Multi-Asset PMs.
Lead key Multi-Asset initiatives across portfolio construction, analytics and investment processes.
Lead Quarterly Fund Reviews and contribute to investment governance discussions.
Analyse portfolio positioning and risk, including factor exposures and stress testing.
Collaborate with PCR colleagues worldwide to ensure consistency and share best practice.
Present insights to clients, consultants and senior internal stakeholders.
Support development of the PCR team through knowledge sharing and coaching.
