Job summary

Schroders is seeking a strategic leader for the Risk & Performance Analytics team in London. You will drive risk insights across multi-asset and solution strategies and advise senior management and investors on risk and performance analytics.

The role requires a proven track record in leadership, deep multi-asset knowledge, and a strong ability to translate complex risk metrics into actionable insights while collaborating with product, client groups, and governance functions.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of multi-asset investing, portfolio construction and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of global asset classes, derivatives, portfolio implementation and investment processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of risk and performance models.

Responsibilities

• Lead investment risk oversight across all Multi Asset and Solutions portfolios.
• Provide independent challenge and insight on portfolio construction, positioning and risk-taking.
• Oversee portfolio reviews, stress testing, risk reporting and thematic risk assessments.
• Identify and elevate material investment risks and emerging vulnerabilities.
• Lead, develop and motivate a high-performing risk team.
• Support recruitment, succession planning and talent development.
• Foster a culture of intellectual curiosity, challenge, collaboration and accountability.
• Build scalable processes that make effective use of data, technology and automation.
