Job summary

JNHG is seeking a dedicated Registered Supported Accommodation Manager to lead a brand‑new service in Nuneaton for young people aged 16–18. As the founding manager, you will shape culture, build a team, and establish an outstanding service from day one.

You will drive day‑to‑day operations, uphold the 2023 England regulations and quality standards, supervise staff, develop person‑centred plans, monitor safeguarding, and collaborate with local authorities to secure positive outcomes.

Qualifications

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or Ofsted-accepted equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of management experience in supported accommodation or similar regulated setting.
Minimum 2 years’ experience with vulnerable young people aged 16–18 or in related services.
Strong knowledge of the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023 and Quality Standards.
Solid safeguarding knowledge and trauma-informed practice.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the service and ensure regulatory compliance.
Lead quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor safeguarding, incidents, complaints, and outcomes for young people.
Develop and supervise person-centred support plans promoting independence and education.
Lead staff recruitment, induction, supervision, appraisal, and development.
Maintain relationships with local authorities, social workers, education providers, and partner agencies.
