Owen Thomas | B Corp™ is seeking a Founding Product Engineer to help build a mobile-first consumer tech platform in London. You will work closely with the founders, own end-to-end features, and shape the product and engineering direction from day one.

You should have startup experience and a passion for turning ideas into working software, with the ability to influence architecture while shipping quickly. Equity is part of the package.

Qualifications

• Start-up experience – essential.
• Full stack engineering capable of owning across product parts.
• Zero-to-one mentality: build from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale an ambitious mobile-first consumer product.
• Own features end-to-end across frontend, backend and product engineering.
• Develop intuitive, high-quality experiences for a growing user base.
• Take new product ideas from concept through to production.
• Work directly with founders to shape the roadmap and technical direction.
• Experiment, iterate and ship quickly based on real customer feedback.
• Make important architectural decisions in a fast-moving environment.
• Help establish the engineering foundations for a business with global ambitions.
