They have developed a platform to upskill and train tech professionals who don't have adequate access to training and tech jobs across the world. They do a significant amount of work with women in tech and are committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I).

They are now looking for a Founding Product Designer to join their team. This is an exciting role for a full-stack designer passionate about user experience and designing impactful products.

Requirements:

1. Strong experience in all aspects of the design process (ideation, research, prototyping, testing, etc.).
2. Focus on creating user-centric, accessible designs.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Experience working in remote, asynchronous teams.
5. Experience in early-stage startups.
6. Salary up to £[amount], (DOE).
7. Stock options.

This role requires working across time zones. The typical working day is approximately 11 am - 8 pm GMT.
