As the Founding Product Designer, you will shape the visual and functional identity of a pioneering AI platform from the ground up. You will collaborate directly with the founders to translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive user experiences. What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design process including user research, wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, and visual design.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to ship elegant solutions for complex technical workflows.
• Establish and evolve the brand identity and design language across all digital touchpoints and product features.

• Proven experience designing and shipping high-quality software products at an early-stage startup or top-tier design agency.
• Deep expertise in Figma and modern design tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing both UX logic and UI craft.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person environment and iterate rapidly based on user feedback and technical constraints.
