Job summary

Get Hive seeks a senior product designer to shape AI-driven workflows with trusted UX for enterprise use. You will own design from problem framing to shipped experiences, including flows, prototypes and the system behind them.

You will build the design system, collaborate with design partners, and help define Hive's product and brand at a pivotal growth moment. This role emphasizes ownership, rigorous thinking and user-centered craft.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing and shipping high-quality B2B SaaS, enterprise or workflow-heavy products.
• An outstanding portfolio that shows both strategic thinking and exceptional visual craft.
• A degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong systems thinking. You can design the state machine and the pixel.
• You prototype to learn and decide, not just to present.
