Job summary

My Data Value LIMITED is seeking a founding product engineer who operates above the code level to shape the system, talk to customers, and direct AI agents to build the right solution. You will own architecture, define data flows, and ensure the single source of truth across integrations with Booking platforms.

You will guide Claude Code and Codex sessions, review AI outputs for design quality, and ship features from customer insights to production in a high-impact, hybrid role based in London.

Qualifications

• Architectural thinking: boundaries, data flow, and good naming.
• Customer-facing design and judgement to translate requests into work items.
• AI-enabled delivery: writing precise briefs for agents and reviewing outputs for design quality.
• Ability to spot and fix root causes beyond surface fixes.
• Shippers simple, effective solutions that solve real problems.

Responsibilities

• Talk to Customers: join calls, identify real problems, decide what to build.
• Own the Architecture: define data flow, single source of truth, and system boundaries.
• Direct the Agents: craft briefs, run multiple AI agent sessions, review outcomes for design.
• Catch What the Agent Missed: detect misalignment, improve guides and checks.
• Ship to Production: deploy features from customer calls to live portfolios.
