Job summary

IT WORLD LIMITED is seeking a seasoned Data & AI Product Leader to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products. You will work with business teams to identify opportunities, translate challenges into scalable AI solutions, and drive value realization.

The role involves leading AI use cases, collaborating with engineers, and managing the backlog and releases. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in product or consulting across data analytics, transformation, and AI ecosystems,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Consulting, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, ML, Data Analytics, and Enterprise Data Platforms.
• Experience with AI ecosystems including Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Databricks Mosaic AI, MLflow.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, consulting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and value realization for Data & AI products.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI, GenAI, Analytics, and Automation opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor, translating challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Drive product discovery, business case development, value estimation, and prioritization.
• Lead AI use cases involving Copilot, AI Agents, RAG, Knowledge Assistants, Intelligent Automation, Predictive Analytics, GenAI solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, AI Engineers, Architects, and Business teams to deliver products aligned with business objectives.
• Own product backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product releases.
• Define and track KPIs, adoption metrics.

Required skills:

• Deep understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Enterprise Data Platforms.
• Experience with AI ecosystems including: Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Databricks Mosaic AI, MLflow, AI Agents and Knowledge Assistants Strong knowledge of Data Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Analytics, and modern cloud data platforms. Ability to create product strategies, business cases, investment proposals, and executive-level presentations. Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, consulting, and communication skills.
