Job summary

Healthtech-1 is hiring a founding performance marketer to drive in-house PPC, starting with Google Ads across multiple geos and a data-driven experimentation program. You’ll own bidding, budgets and creative testing, working closely with engineers and product teams to optimize the patient booking journey.

We value startup mindset, a track record of scalable campaigns, and the ability to explain decisions with data. This is a founding role in London Stratford, onsite.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on PPC experience, preferably in-house at a product company.
• You’ve managed accounts with substantial spend and can discuss changes and outcomes.
• You know when to rely on automated campaigns and when to override them.

Responsibilities

• Own the Google Ads account end-to-end across Search, PMax, and AI Max campaigns.
• Lead bidding strategy, budgets, and channel expansion with clear ROI targets.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to optimize the booking journey.
