Jack & Jill is recruiting for a founding operator in London to join a well-funded AI PropTech startup as the first operations hire, bridging product development and real-world deployment. You will embed with customer teams to map workflows, drive platform adoption, and build scalable implementation playbooks from scratch, with significant ownership and high-impact scope.

• Background in high-stakes consulting or early-stage startup implementation, operations, or product management.
• Exceptional communicator with a teacher’s instinct and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Structural thinker who can translate messy real-world problems into organized feedback and scalable internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customer operations teams to map daily workflows and configure AI solutions for maximum impact.
• Build the company’s first training and implementation infrastructure, including documentation and repeatable onboarding systems.
• Serve as the primary feedback loop between field users and engineering to directly influence the product roadmap.
