Job summary

limitless is hiring an Implementation Engineer to join our AI-driven real estate platform in London. You’ll own customer onboarding from signed contract to launch day, connecting the product to each agency’s CRM and phone setup, triaging issues, and feeding learnings back to the product team.

You’ll write Python or TypeScript, work on APIs and webhooks, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing role with founding equity as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Background in software engineering with customer-facing work.
• Experience integrating products with CRMs and telephony systems.
• Ability explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding from signed contract to launch day.
• Connect the product to agencies' existing CRM/phone setups.
• Triage bugs and root-cause issues before escalation.
• Capture field learnings to feed back into product.
